At first glance, this scene looks fine but the more you look at it, the weirder it gets. First, the person is inside the vehicle, handing the tray out. Second, where are this person's legs??? Unless the floor of that Jeep has been removed, this person must have had a hemicorporectomy. Finally, looking at the handle, the Photoshop "artist" decided to mirror the picture of the Jeep before inserting that person into it. The last one is the least egregious but adds to the overall strangeness of this pic.
