Yes, that is a condom. So, my best guess is that someone purposefully walked up to my house and placed a condom into my potted plant. Because, why not.

Hehe.. that is a lovely plant. I happen to know for a fact. I think someone tried to make a Rubber Tree out of it. Perhaps they thought if they gave it an example it would begin proliferating them.
