Just Good Advice

Sorry for the hiatus, I was in the Big Apple last week and couldn't post. Anywho...

I saw this in the restroom of a local restaurant.  I hope that this is directed toward the employees but I'm really not sure.  While I agree with the sentiment whole-heartedly, it's just kind of.... odd.   Maybe the owner has OCD and is trying to get everyone to act like he does.
